The CVI welcomes the Gammie family of Quarry Hill Orchards for our second annual mid-summer gathering to share their story and lessons learned on a family farm.

Join our friends and neighbors Bill, Jacque, Ben and Brooke to hear their perspectives on the generational transition of their orchard, as well as its deep history.

Served family style, platters will brim with peaches, nectarines, brambles, early pears and summer apples plucked ripe from the orchard. The menu will also include tomatoes, squash, beans and several more summer selections from The Chef’s Garden.

CVI Chef Jamie Simpson will prepare a multi-course dinner pairing for the open air event, featuring table flowers grown from Quarry Hill seeds and arranged by Adrianne Gammie.

Doors open at 6:30 pm. Dinner begins at 7:00 pm.

Tables will be set outdoors.
