VEGETABLE SHOWCASE DINNER: SQUASH

The Squash Blossom tells the whole story of how The Chef’s Garden came to be. For that reason alone it could be held in reverence. But there is more that has developed as the farm has grown.

This evening explores the family that includes the cucumber and cucumber bloom as well as the 16 varieties of squash that are grown here.

Doors open at 6:30 pm. Dinner begins at 7:00 pm.
